I am a 25 year old America Native who is currently living in France, learning to live with joy and curiosity one day at a time. 

 

In April of 2017, I left the states and headed to Europe for an adventure I'm still having.  Like a lot of people who end up leaving their home countries, I felt like there was another way of life and that I probably needed to go outside of my comfort zone to find it.

I was no longer interested in the "go go go" and "work to live" mentality. I was exhausted from believing that my productivity was equivalent to my worth. I needed more.  

 

I didn't know how long I would be gone or what exactly I was going to do, but I left with two words in mind:

EXPLORATION and AUTHENTICITY. 

From that day on, I have been doing my best to live in those words.
